This relaxation session is designed to tie in with the archaeological collections. After a presentation of objects from the metallurgical industry, including a Gallic cauldron that is almost 2,000 years old, you'll learn about the composition of Tibetan bowls. You'll then embark on a soothing and rejuvenating journey of sound.
Accessible to everyone, including beginners.
Equipment provided. Bring casual clothes and a blanket.
