In science, the blob is a fascinating single-cell organism: a single cell with hundreds of nuclei, capable of moving around, "learning" to like caffeine and passing on its knowledge to a fellow cell by merging with it. On stage, the blob becomes a patchwork fabric animated by three acrobats. Together, they merge, emancipate themselves and move through the space to meet the audience.
