Quitter son caillou is a documentary, cinematographic and musical performance that evokes experiences of departure, arrival and inner journeys. A writer-anthropologist, a dancer-choreographer, an opera singer, a farmer and an astronaut tell us about their childhoods and the events that have marked their lives, as well as the obstacles they have had to overcome to follow their dreams. These intimate stories, told from a child's point of view, come together with images and sounds made on stage to create a real live film! This poetic show invites us to open up to others, to difference, and to take a step into the unknown.
