I will guide you step by step and you will leave with your creation, a small geometric painting (10 x 10 cm).



Course of the workshop :

- Welcome, presentation of the workshop and history of straw marquetry

- Demonstration, choice and preparation of the straw, getting to grips with the tools and practical exercises

- Creation of a small geometric painting (10 x 10 cm): choice of motif, preparation of support, cutting, gluing, finishing and conservation advice

At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with your own unique creation and a step-by-step guide.



The workshop includes :

- The essential technical bases for understanding straw marquetry

- The materials needed for this workshop (cutter, rulers, folding knife, straw, glue, brush, etc.)

- Each learner leaves with his or her own creation.

- A summary sheet outlining the stages of the workshop, the materials used and a list of suppliers
