Les Gentianes s’animent - Guinguette au bord de l’eau

For the second year running, the city of Le Mans is organising riverside events in the form of open-air dance evenings throughout the summer, both in Le Mans and across mainland France!

Programme for 22 August at Parc des Gentianes, accessed via Rue Liboisne – Le Mans. Organised by the City of Le Mans and the Collectif Demain Montaigu. 4pm to 7pm: Nature-themed activities focusing on biodiversity and on-site catering (food truck). 8pm: “Le Bal à Chanter” by the Collectif Grand POP (a participatory cosmopolitan dance). Le Grand POP offers a musical journey through space and time. The audience, using a songbook distributed by the orchestra, is invited to form an impromptu choir and sing in Creole, French, Arabic, Lingala, Spanish, Italian, English, etc.
