Ciné-débat : Garagine de Fanny Liatard et Jérémy Trouilh

Can a lost heritage still tell us a story? Screening of the film *Gagarine* by Fanny Liatard and Jérémy Trouilh, followed by a discussion hosted by CAUE72. In the presence of Mathis Roisin, author of the thesis ‘Cité Gagarine: the construction of a memory’.

To mark the 2026 European Heritage Days, dedicated to the theme ‘Heritage at risk: revitalise, resist, reinvent’, the CAUE of Sarthe pays tribute, in its latest publication in the ‘Patrimoine XX’ collection, to remarkable 20th-century buildings in Sarthe that have since disappeared.
Echoing these architectural works, whose memory endures despite their disappearance, the screening of the film *Gagarine* by Fanny Liatard and Jérémy Trouilh invites us to reflect on the role of artistic creation in passing on the places and the stories they embody.


The screening will be followed by a discussion moderated by Louison Martin and Elsa Martineau, architects at the CAUE, in the presence of Mathis Roisin, author of the dissertation “Cité Gagarine, la construction d’une mémoire” (Master’s 2, ENSA de Bretagne, 2024).
