The Hangar Crealab is the regeneration of a former industrial brownfield site covering 1,224 m² in the very heart of Le Mans. It is run collectively by residents and volunteers, and offers workspaces, creative spaces, exhibition spaces, communal and shared areas, and a bar for events open to the public.
