Whether on stage or in the kitchen, the artists and chefs have free rein to showcase their worlds. The circus performers take to the Chapiteau ring to create a brand-new artistic spectacle. The chefs, for their part, draw inspiration from the companies’ worlds, their origins and even their apparatus to devise menus that resonate directly with the ring. Behind the scenes, Le Plongeoir crafts the pairings for this feast and has a surprise in store—a fusion of circus and gastronomy that guests will only discover on the evening itself.
