On Saturday 7 November 2026, from 4.30 pm to 6 pm, La Houlala Compagnie and EVS Alpha Sablé present the ‘Guinguette Mobile Théâtralisée’. For over an hour, take a seat at the tables, come and meet people, discover new things and listen to stories from the lives of the residents of Sablé-sur-Sarthe. The waiters will come to you with a themed menu. Choose the story that speaks to you most and have a chat over a drink whilst listening to the account.

At 6.30 pm, EVS Alpha Sablé will take over and organise a French and Arabic dictation competition under the Houlala Compagnie marquee. This dictation is open to everyone aged 10 and over. Every participant will receive a prize. The text will be a surprise.
