What is a Café PUR? Lecturers and researchers from the University of Le Mans are interviewed by students about a book published by Presses universitaires de Rennes. You can bring your own sandwich and listen to them whilst sipping your coffee! In this Café PUR, Élodie Salin draws on icons of the globalisation of heritage (the tango, Angkor, Marrakesh, etc.) to highlight the political, geopolitical, economic, identity-related and cultural issues that shape our societies.
